Comment ces offres sont-elles r\u00e9dig\u00e9es\u2009? Le respect de certaines r\u00e8gles est important dans un contexte de p\u00e9nurie de m\u00e9decins, sinon les annonces risquent de passer inaper\u00e7ues dans les moteurs de recherche, ou de n\u2019attirer personne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Offre d\u2019emploi m\u00e9decin, r\u00e8gles concernant le type de travail<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Qu&rsquo;ils soient juste dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ou en recherche de relocalisation ou r\u00e9orientation de carri\u00e8re, les m\u00e9decins s\u2019int\u00e9ressent d\u2019abord aux <a href=\"https:\/\/brm-conseil.fr\/offres-demploi-sante\/\">conditions d\u2019emploi<\/a>. L\u2019offre doit clairement pr\u00e9ciser ces\u00a0<\/span><strong>conditions de travail<\/strong><span>\u00a0: salari\u00e9, lib\u00e9ral, conventionn\u00e9 ou non, CDD, CDI\u2026 Si d\u2019application, il est n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9ciser le salaire. Si les revenus projet\u00e9s ou garantis du m\u00e9decin doivent \u00eatre mentionn\u00e9s, pour les installations lib\u00e9rales il est aussi important de signaler les d\u00e9penses, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le loyer et les charges du cabinet. Dans certains cas, le candidat m\u00e9decin est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019installer dans un cabinet \u00e0 la place d\u2019un m\u00e9decin partant \u00e0 la retraite ou souhaitant se relocaliser. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas mentionner la relocalisation, ceci pourrait \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme de \u00ab\u2009mauvaises circonstances de travail ou de vie\u2009\u00bb. En tout cas, si le cabinet est \u00e0 reprendre, il est vraiment avantageux de pr\u00e9ciser si une patient\u00e8le fid\u00e9lis\u00e9e le sera \u00e9galement. Ceci se traduit par un travail et des revenus garantis. En parlant de cabinet, n\u2019oublions pas que certains peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9s entre plusieurs praticiens. L\u2019offre doit signaler si le cabinet est individuel ou de groupe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e8gles concernant les circonstances de travail<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Dans la mesure o\u00f9 un m\u00eame type de travail de m\u00e9decin peut se trouver n\u2019importe o\u00f9 en France, l\u2019offre a int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser les circonstances\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><strong>cadre de travail et cadre de vie<\/strong><span>. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important dans les zones rurales dites \u00ab\u2009d\u00e9sert m\u00e9dical\u2009\u00bb. Cadre de vie\u00a0: l\u2019offre vante les m\u00e9rites de la r\u00e9gion, sa qualit\u00e9 de vie, sa nature, son patrimoine culturel\u2026 mais aussi le dynamisme de sa population et de son activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Cadre de travail\u00a0: l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/brm-conseil.fr\/2020\/10\/15\/medecin-pourquoi-confier-sa-recherche-d%C2%92emploi-a-un-recruteur-medical\/\">offre d\u00e9crit le cabinet<\/a>, l\u2019immeuble dans lequel il est install\u00e9, mais surtout son accessibilit\u00e9. Plus le cabinet est accessible en transports en commun, plus grand sera son potentiel de patient\u00e8le.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><br \/><span>Pour finir, ajoutons que les offres \u00e9tant surtout consult\u00e9es sur internet,<\/span><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>l\u2019utilisation de techniques SEO est vivement recommand\u00e9e<\/strong><span>\u00a0: mots-cl\u00e9s, expressions recherch\u00e9es.
