Le fait est que bon nombre d\u2019\u00e9tablissements surtout publics ne parvenant pas \u00e0 <b>embaucher les m\u00e9decins<\/b>, les fid\u00e9liser et <b>stabiliser les \u00e9quipes<\/b> ont recours syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 de l\u2019<b>int\u00e9rim m\u00e9dical<\/b>. Faire appel fr\u00e9quemment \u00e0 des <b>m\u00e9decins int\u00e9rimaires<\/b> revient \u00e0 mettre un pansement sur une jambe de bois, car \u00e7a ne r\u00e8gle pas le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement dans la communaut\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale. Au contraire, cela nuit \u00e0 l\u2019image de marque du service et met \u00e0 mal le <b>recrutement de m\u00e9decins<\/b> dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on parle de conditions de travail, il est important de mentionner l\u2019aspect de la <b>r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/b>. En effet le <b>salaire du m\u00e9decin<\/b> est un crit\u00e8re majeur dans la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un <b>recrutement de m\u00e9dical<\/b>. Les salaires de m\u00e9decins \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital public sont connus ; c\u2019est la grille indiciaire qui est fonction du nombre d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience qui d\u00e9termine le niveau de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du m\u00e9decin. Or les praticiens estiment parfois que les <b>salaires des m\u00e9decins \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital<\/b> ne sont pas assez \u00e9lev\u00e9s. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle de plus en plus de m\u00e9decins d\u00e9cident  de travailler soit comme <b>m\u00e9decin int\u00e9rimaire<\/b> ou encore sous le statut de <b>praticien clinicien<\/b>. Ces deux formules offrant des niveaux de salaire bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que le <b>salaire de Praticien Hospitalier<\/b> ou le <b>salaire de Praticien contractuel<\/b>.[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=\u00a0\u00bbDirection et \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales doivent s\u2019accorder lors d\u2019un projet de recrutement de m\u00e9decin\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.16&Prime; global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]Lorsque l\u2019on envisage de <b>recruter un m\u00e9decin<\/b>, il est important que la direction de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement  travaille de concert avec l\u2019<b>\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale<\/b> en place, sur la nouvelle organisation qui sera effective avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du m\u00e9decin suppl\u00e9mentaire. Cela permettra d\u2019\u00e9valuer de mani\u00e8re pertinente les besoins de <b>recrutement de m\u00e9decin<\/b> ou au contraire de se rendre compte qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas si n\u00e9cessaire de  lancer un recrutement. Cette phase est tr\u00e8s importante car si elle est n\u00e9glig\u00e9e, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un ou plusieurs m\u00e9decins pourrait d\u00e9sorganiser le service.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de proposer un <b>emploi m\u00e9decin<\/b> dans le cadre d\u2019une <b>installation lib\u00e9rale<\/b> en clinique, cette question prend tout son sens. Il arrive parfois que la direction de la clinique ne soit pas align\u00e9e avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale en place sur le fait de recruter ou non un autre m\u00e9decin. Or l\u2019exp\u00e9rience montre que la jeunesse n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessairement un gage de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et de stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale. En effet la <b>mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/b> est bien plus importante chez les <b>jeunes m\u00e9decins<\/b> (entre 30 et 45 ans), que chez les m\u00e9decins plus \u00e2g\u00e9s.
