Certains d\u00e9partements sont devenus des d\u00e9serts m\u00e9dicaux et les structures comme les h\u00f4pitaux ou\u00a0les Maisons de Sant\u00e9\u00a0Pluridisciplinaire (MSP) recherchent d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment des m\u00e9decins de toutes qualifications, quelle que soit leur exp\u00e9rience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lorsqu&rsquo;un employeur publie une <a href=\"https:\/\/brm-conseil.fr\">offre d&#8217;emploi<\/a> pour un m\u00e9decin dans le cadre d&rsquo;un plan de <strong>carri\u00e8re<\/strong>, le salaire est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour attirer les m\u00e9decins jeunes ou moins jeunes, notamment si cet emploi n\u00e9cessite une relocalisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Trouver le bon compromis entre exp\u00e9rience et r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Si le secteur de la m\u00e9decine reste un segment o\u00f9 il y a une forte tension entre <a href=\"https:\/\/brm-conseil.fr\/offres-demploi-sante\/\">postes \u00e0 pourvoir<\/a> et recrues disponibles, les employeurs ne seront pas toujours pr\u00eats \u00e0 proposer un salaire extravagant compte tenu des finances de la structure. Cependant, le m\u00e9decin peut mettre en avant son exp\u00e9rience ou ses qualifications pour exiger une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration plus en ad\u00e9quation avec ses attentes, en mettant en \u00e9vidence la difficult\u00e9 pour les <strong>recruteurs<\/strong> de trouver des profils disponibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Si dans le secteur public, les salaires sont encadr\u00e9s, il n&rsquo;en est pas de m\u00eame pour les structures priv\u00e9es comme les cliniques, o\u00f9 le m\u00e9decin peut aspirer \u00e0 des \u00e9moluments cons\u00e9quents. Si le salaire propos\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas en ad\u00e9quation avec le march\u00e9, le recruteur verra de nombreux talents lui \u00e9chapper pour aller \u00e0 la concurrence, avec comme r\u00e9sultat un poste vacant ou occup\u00e9 par un m\u00e9decin qui ne dispose pas forc\u00e9ment des qualifications requises.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Mettre en avant tous les avantages pour attirer les jeunes talents<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Le salaire est un facteur important dans le <strong>recrutement<\/strong> des m\u00e9decins compte tenu de la situation sanitaire actuelle et du manque de m\u00e9decin dans de nombreux d\u00e9partements de France. Cependant, les recruteurs peuvent, en plus du salaire, proposer d&rsquo;autres avantages pour le m\u00e9decin afin de le retenir.
